"Looking at purchasing a 2009 vehicle from BMW, 3 series. Have a 2006 car and the tire noise is terrible. BMW replaced the tires once but have refused to do it again so the past year or so the noise has been terrible. Has this problem been fixed on the 2009 cars or should I move to another car?"
